We have a spacious on-site parking as well as a bike park to facilitate your visit.
OUR OPENING HOURS are Monday to Thursday from 8am to 7pm and Friday 8am to 6pm. You can reach our secretary every working day from 8am to 1pm.
We are closed on public holidays and weekends.

EMERGENCIES : In case of a vital emergency, please dial 112 and state your name, address and cause of emergency. The operator will guide you through the call.
For any other urgent consultation or advise outside of the opening hours of our practice, please contact the on call service by dialling 1733 . The service is available from 7 pm to 8am during week days and from 6pm to 8am from Friday through Monday and during public holidays.

For consultations: please bring your ID card or ISI+ card along with vignettes from the belgian health insurance if you are affiliated. Payments are made via Bancontact or by cash. Please note that we do not accept credit cards
If you are unable to make an appointment but have a medical issue that needs to be addressed the same day and can not wait until the next day, you can always come to the practice between 5 pm and 6 pm Monday through Thursday and from 4pm to 5pm on Friday. One of our doctors will care for you. Please be advised that this service is strictly limited to urgent medical needs. An administrative issue needs to wait until the next day.
HOTLINE: a quick debrief after a blood or other medical test? A brief question about a medication? One of the doctors will answer your call between 2 and 3 PM on working days.

NEED A BLOOD TEST?
If you need to do a blood test, a nurse is available at first floor, between 7 and 10 every morning on working days. You don't need to make an appointment. However, make sure to bring along your prescription, your ID card and a vignette from the mutuelle. Please note this service is independent from the practice.
